WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE RETURN?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to return it as long as the piece has not been used or damaged. Items purchased during sale periods or under a special discount cannot be returned or exchanged. Neither can they be exchanged or returned those products made to measure for the client and orders on demand.
HOW IS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE MADE?
The first step is to contact us via email email@example.com to provide you with the address to which you should return the merchandise. The products must be sent in the same conditions as they were delivered and with their original packaging. It is important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note. We will send the transport company to the requested address for collection.
Once the items have been received and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount. You will receive the refund, discounting the round trip postage, of the amount in the same support in which you made the payment and within a period of 10 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer (including promotions and offers) except if the product is defective, or by mistake, the arrival of a wrong item, in which case we assume the cost of collection.
