Conditions of exchanges and / or returns
If once the purchase is received the customer is not satisfied, Meraki Studio Madrid allows you to return the item within fifteen (15) days, counting from the date of receipt, as long as the piece has not been used or damaged. Changes or returns of used or damaged parts are not accepted (as long as it is not a tare). Items that are on request cannot be exchanged or returned. Items purchased under discount or sale cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
All returns of the purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the duly completed return form. It can be done through the home pick-up service that Meraki Studio Madrid makes available to its clients, paying the client for transportation. Changes and / or returns in online store
The exchange or return of the products purchased on this website may be made through the home collection service that Meraki Studio Madrid makes available to its customers, paying the customer for transportation.
The client who wishes to make a change of size or return through the home collection service must make their request online by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
During the sale period, exchanges or returns are not allowed, as are the items that are on request.
Once the product (s) are received, Meraki Studio Madrid will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required product if a change has been requested or will refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return.
The reimbursement period can range from 3 to 12 business days from when the return is received at headquarters. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email. The payment of the returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
In the case that Meraki Studio Madrid has mistakenly sent an item different from the one requested or the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Meraki Studio Madrid, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item. We have the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Paypal and bank transfer. Credit cards are entered on a secure page or transferred using SSL or secure payment.
For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
The information we request for payment must match that of your card. A simple typographical error can result in the rejection of the operation, so we ask you to cover the payment form carefully. The credit limit may also have been exceeded or the card may be expired.
