Opinel’s basic chef’s knives are made with stainless steel blades and varnished wood handles. The knife No. 112 to slice, cut thin slices and peel, the knife No. 113 to cut fruit, knife No. 114 for vegetables with its curved blade and scraper, and No. 115 is very manageable and effective for right-handed and left-handed.
